Terms and Conditions
Almond Street Natural Foods "Buy Club" is designated as a family, (single household), entitlement
club. All member purchases are intended to be for the sole use and consumption of the qualifying members
immediate family or household. Non-compliance with this provision subjects member to immediate
revocation of membership without refunding of annual dues.
Buy Club Membership entitles members to make purchases through our e-catalog. Currently members are
assessed a fee of 20% over listed wholesale prices for all non-taxable items, and 30% off of suggested
retail prices for all taxable items. These percentages are subject to review and change.
Upon application approval, Applicant shall be assigned a member number and shall be e-mailed an
electronic catalog from which they can then place their order on our electronic order form.
There is an annual membership fee, renewable on the first day of each year. Members will not be
permitted to place orders until the annual membership fee is current and paid in full.
Membership dues are currently $30.00 per year and are intended to cover the overhead cost of setting up
each account and for monitoring orders. This fee is subject to review and change. If it is necessary to
increase membership dues in any given year, existing members shall not be subject to an increase in their
membership fee until the next renewal date.
Members who join the Buy Club after January 1st of any given year, and prior to June 30th of the same
year shall be assessed a full membership fee. Members who join the Buy Club after June 30th of any given
year and prior to December 31st of any given year shall be entitled to a pro-rated discount of up to one
half the current membership fee, applicable to the following years membership dues when they come due
for renewal.
All orders must be prepaid before products are shipped. Currently, all members who place and pay for
their orders prior to 10:00 a.m. Monday morning, can pick up their delivered orders on Tuesday afternoon.
All members wishing to return or exchange any product, for whatever reason, must first notify Almond
Street Natural Foods and obtain a confirmation of the intended return or exchange by
4:00 p.m. on the Wednesday following the delivery. Products not picked up in sufficient time to meet the
4:00 p.m. Wednesday deadline, may not qualify for return or exchange.
Any Buy Club Member who makes a referral to a prospective Buy Club Member, and that referral results in
a new membership, Almond Street Natural Foods shall credit $10.00 to the referring members next annual
membership fee.
The undersigned applicant, by filling in their name and submitting application, does hereby agree to the
Terms and Conditions of the Almond Street Natural Foods Buy Club.
